Is the invoice generator free?
Yes. You can create and download invoices, quotes and receipts for free with no sign-up. Free PDFs carry a small "Made with Haikit" footer. Paid plans remove it, add your logo, and let you save invoices to reopen later.
Can I use my own currency and tax?
Yes. Choose from 24 currencies, name your own tax such as VAT or GST, and set the tax rate and an optional discount percentage.
Are my invoice details stored on Haikit?
No, not unless you choose to save. Your draft stays in your own browser. If you have a paid plan and press Save invoice, that invoice is stored in your account so you can reopen it.
Can I write an invoice in Arabic, Urdu or Chinese?
Use Print or save as PDF. It uses your device's fonts, so every language works. The Download PDF button supports Western European letters only; other characters appear as question marks.
