Questions
How do I reduce an image to a specific size like 100 KB?
Open the File size tab, choose Exact size and pick 100 KB, or type any size. Haikit finds the best quality that fits. If the picture is very large, it is also made slightly smaller so it can reach the target.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so your images never leave your device. Edited images are also saved without hidden photo details such as GPS location.
Can I open iPhone HEIC photos?
Yes. HEIC photos are converted automatically, and you can save them as JPG, PNG or WebP.
Which format should I choose?
JPG is best for photos, PNG for logos, screenshots and images with transparency, and WebP for the smallest files on websites.
Can I resize many images at once?
Editing up to 50 images at once, with a single ZIP download, is part of the paid plans. You can edit one image at a time for free, as often as you like.
